Nicholasville, KY (12.13.06) – Today, Contours Express, the all-women circuit training gym featuring real weights for real results, announced its partnership with Chicken Soup for the Soul® Supplements, the brand known for its best-selling books.

The supplements, which include shakes and formulas for carb-blocking, anti-inflammatory joint relief, anti-stress, anti-anxiety and energy boost needs, will be accompanied by a Chicken Soup for the Soul® Supplements Journal, co-authored by corporate trainers Mary Schrad and Angela Bellini. The journal, expected to be distributed in November 2006 will help members monitor their vitamin in-take and fitness progress. Together, the supplements and journal will assist Contours Express members nationwide reach and chronicle their daily nutritional requirements.
