Contours Express has become a successful franchisor of specialized women’s gyms, a billion-dollar fitness industry. We are “The Better Idea in Women’s Gyms” because our centers were first in the women's gym circuit concept to use real weights for real (and better) results instead of less effective hydraulic equipment.

Our unique program is centered around a 29-minute workout, using a circuit routine alternating between aerobic and weight resistance stations. With personalized attention and training, members experience real results by tracking their progress with our trained staff. This ensures that members of every fitness level can strengthen, shape and tone all of their major muscle groups, while improving their cardiovascular health, in less than a half hour.
