A few of the many services available to you during
your startup phase include:
– When you request
information over internet or via phone, you will
be contacted by a qualified franchise development consultant.
He or she will clearly explain the process of purchasing
a franchise in their first conversation with you, so
there are no surprises. You
will also be introduced to the Franchise Disclosure Document
(FDD), receive a franchise agreement, and then it is decision
time.
– Attend
Training. Our training program has been carefully
designed by successful professionals in the industry.
Our mandatory, one-week training course is required
for the principal owner and/or operator of a
new franchise. It can also be beneficial to invite
key staff members to share in the knowledge!
Training is held at the Contours Express Corporate Office. After your initial
training, we provide daily or weekly assistance
via the phone, email communications,
and custom website systems.
- Build Out. There is very
little build out required. Most landlords will present
the unit to you in “vanilla
shell” – all walls and floors are ready
to be painted, carpeted, etc – which amounts
to a very low-cost build out.
- Marketing & Sales.
Specific, valuable marketing and sales training will
be provided to you during training week. We also provide
an online marketing library available 24/7, which contains
camera-ready newspaper ads, postcards, flyers…everything
you need for your marketing endeavors, in easily editable
formats.
- Open Your Club. Your Grand Opening
is one of the most exciting times in the process of
purchasing a franchise! The idea behind a Grand Opening
is to create a buzz in your community. To help along
those lines, we provide a Marketing Timeline of things
you should do prior to your Grand Opening, and we will
send a corporate trainer to be with you for the first
three days you are open.
- Ongoing Franchise Support. We have
provided a proven concept and model for you, and we
will be there to help you accomplish it. Once you are
open, we offer frequent conference calls directly from
the Corporate Office, with topics ranging from industry
trends to new marketing ideas. In addition, we make
ourselves available to you by providing an 800 number
for convenient access to our support departments.
